The 3,700 m\u00b2 office building underwent a complete transformation under the leadership of developer NEOO and according to a design by Heyligers Architects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While preserving the characteristic end facades, the building has been made more sustainable and equipped with new facades, rooftop gardens, a new installation concept, a new core with a glass lift, and in some parts of the building, the ceilings have even been raised. After a swift renovation of less than a year, the building now offers the ultimate comfort for new users.
